Siege Weaponry + Charged Shot interactions
Does this do anything?
I seem to get just ultra-slow thrust when charging shot...

Yes, you can charge faster. Because rate of fire influences how fast you charge, the ROF increase due to Siege Weaponry gets you to higher charge faster.

charge siege with saturation actually makes high burst count (from stacking double taps) builds much less awkward to use, and if you combine it with phantom and/or outrage you can pretty much negate the downside of having a lot of burst delay.
