Twin strike bug? Or did I mess up?
I took twin strike for more projectiles with the railgun and after that I only fired one projectile. I died shortly after. What happened? I looked it up on the wiki, it said if I take it too many times my spread will become a negative value causing the weapon to spread out again, ( which makes no sense to me, I mean, shouldn't the spread degree reduction be diminishing returns? ) but it did the exact opposite, it concentrated everything into one.

Afaik people were confused why going over 100% projectile spread would result in the projectiles starting to spread out again so the dev put a limit on it, if you reduce the spread to nothing you obviously end up with "one" projectile, since they all stack on each other and thats how it is now.

Wiki is outdated on that point it seems. You might also want to be careful with Twin Strikes since it also reduces your recovery and shield cooldown by 7% and afaik these dont use diminishing returns either meaning you end up with little to no ways to recover health/shields in any way if you stack too many of them.

Seems reasonable. But the projectile spread should really use diminishing returns to be fair. So that it gets smaller and smaller but it will never reach "optimal"- that would be saturation fire.
I understand the latter bc of balance reasons, with diminishing returns it would be way too OP.
