Wiki is outdated on that point it seems. You might also want to be careful with Twin Strikes since it also reduces your recovery and shield cooldown by 7% and afaik these dont use diminishing returns either meaning you end up with little to no ways to recover health/shields in any way if you stack too many of them.
Seems reasonable. But the projectile spread should really use diminishing returns to be fair. So that it gets smaller and smaller but it will never reach "optimal"- that would be saturation fire.
I understand the latter bc of balance reasons, with diminishing returns it would be way too OP.
