That's good to know. Thank you!
Could we see this in the future?
The best thing ever, since DirectX is a monopoly of Micro-trash :)
I'll try dual booting Ubuntu 20 LTS tomorrow to see if that resolves the issue.
Edit: Upgrading to Ubuntu 20 fixed everything.
As someone who is presently using a Chromebook, I'd love to see this title get flagged to be playable via GeforceNow.
It takes one click by the dev account at the following link:

Thanks.
Psyched. Thanks for putting in the work.
Hello! Unfortunately I can't seem to run Nova Drift with proton (5.13), the same is true if I use the experimental branch. Any clue as to why this is happening or how to fix it? I bought the game on steam after having played an early release of the game on itch, which worked fine with wine. Wondering why it fails here?
Also if someone is aware as to how I can run the novadrift binary directly through wine I'd be eager to know. Apparently steam game need to be run through steam, or while steam is running?
Updating from itch does not cause the issue. I believe the issue with proton is related to how I've setup wine on my system. Looking at what I had to do to fix it it seems coherent. Anyways I got proton working now so it's all good. Eager to see the linux release! Keep up the good work and thanks for the awesome game!
