Question: Adaptive armor questions
Do you gain adaptive armor stacks when shields take damage? Does the adaptive armor damage resistance apply to damage to shields? Does self damage trigger this? How often (for constant self damage) and is there a cap?

yes. yes. yes. depends on the amount of damage you take afaik. yes but i dont remember the number.

Stuff like siege weaponry will generate stacks but dying star or solar heart won't

dying star and solar hearts DO generate armor stacks
