In other words, Regeneration is Recovery, but Recovery is not Regeneration. Sanctuary and Shield Regeneration are two separate mechanics.
or will is one of them enough? cause i dont feel a big difference. do they negate each other. what does then count?
Ultimately, I think tempest and sanctuary go hand in hand. Because they both have the same downside with the Shielf cooldown not happening until the shield goes down. So I took tempest because it decreased the cooldown recovery time by like 30% and on top of everything else that made it take like 2 seconds to recover in the worst case.
Only downside to my build I think is that Omnishield decimated my hull. So when my shield eventually dropped I couldn't holdout against the bullet hell long enough to get my shield back up. That or I need a lot more plating for when my hull does drop, or I need to increase my damage so that I can kill things fast enough to end bullet hell before it becomes and issue.
