How to get this achievement? I still cannot get it.

I'm a little stuck in this one. The postman keeps complaining about his broken bike, but I can't find anything to help him. Can someone please enlight me?

Tried to complete the therapy quest, however whenever we entered the room 13, and said hello and the game started the fade to what i'm assuming is a minigame we instead were transported to the TV minigame and when we left that through the TV we were back home with the "Enter the room 13" part of the quest still active. This happened repeatedly. (It also keeps saying to buy parsley, when we leave the apartment to go to the therapy session). really enjoying the game, the soundtrack is so fun...

Clicking the computer and the internet both bring me into the Relaxation game. When I got to the therapist and started my session, I was placed in the TV minigame. Once I reached the exit, the option was 'exit TV', and I arrived back in my living room without the 'therapy quest' being completed. Upon trying to load a game when a game isn't saved yet, you get stuck on the 'load saved game' screen-- the 'back' button doesn't work....

I will be expecting royalties in the mail, forthwith.
