Two covers missing on the homepage

On the homepage, I don't have the cover images of gamebooks 1 and 61.
I tried everything I could to fix this, including :
- uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
- starting the books and switching images from colors to black.white and back.
- restart books from the beginning.

had that too at first.
here is what worked for me in resolving it:
when clicking on the nonexistant cover of WotFM I was asked if I wanted to update it, clicked yes, then the image returned. Same for Bloodbones.

Maybe because I'm still under Windows 7 (?).

I have the same issue. Book 1 and book 61 have no covers. Unless I'm going blind there's no option to update either of them.

Could you try selecting the blank area where the books are supposed to be and see if it updates? Thanks!

Thanks for the screenshot. They appear to be appearing for some, but not for others. We'll continue to investigate and hopefully have a fix soon!

My apologies for the late reply. The covers do appears now but the images in the book gallery won’t display.

I still can't see these two covers. I tried the gallery fix (redownload images in black & white and in color), but it doesn't have effect on the missing galleries.

I also had this problem, I fixed it by just opening the books a few times and then updating when asked. Once you update fully, the images come back.

Doesn't work. Deleted both color and classic images, redownloaded them, still nothing. Restarted the books and application several times. Still nothing.

I'm unfortunately having the same problem as the official poster. I tried reinstalling - nothing. Something needs to be done about this - as the absence of those two covers looks very odd and buggy to say the least. The software in general doesn't appear to to run that well to be honest. Even the loading screen image can take awhile to fully disappear.
