How does this game compare to President Infinity?
How do you think this game compares to President Infinity by 270soft (not on Steam)? Both are presidential election games. I'm curious if anyone besides me has played both of these and what your thoughts are.

I like both of them, but they have some significant differences.

There's actually a lot of differences.
- Game has primaries against other candidates
- Every candidate has historical surrogates
- There's newspaper with historical news from the election
- Governors, Senators, some Rep, and notables, ex-presidents, organizations, etc. can endorse and become surrogates.
- There are various kinds of ads that can be created to boost a candidacy or attack an opponent.
- Election results are generally realistic.
- Including well-made user-created scenarios, historical elections cover from 1788-2016. There's also a 2020 election that is out, but it hasn't been updated since Covid stopped traditional rallies and things.

Infinity is much more realistic.

The history + demographics of each state matter more - the Dems are never going to win Wyoming no matter what.
There's fog of war - you don't actually know who will win the close states until people vote on Election Day.
And you have to be much more careful with your finances; it's possible to bankrupt yourself with one expensive, failed ad campaign.

Having said that, 270 is more casual + therefore more fun sometimes. You need to commit a few hours to each game of Infinity.
