Would this count as Harry Potter Fanfiction?

Not complaining or anything. I enjoy a good fanfic. Just something I noticed as I was playing. And this is from someone who's only seen the first two movies and read those two book. Only, maybe got a third into book 3. Was never big into that series so it kinda says something that a non-fan would notice.

Like we team up with NB Nevile, Black Hermione, Lesbian Ron, Likable Malfoy and...a teacher to find Bad Friend Potter. We got a lesbian Dumbledore who's dating Professor Sprout. The two coven guys kinda look like Snape and Lockheart if you squint and don't have the negative traits that make them detestable people and more delightful. Apparently there's a small town near Hogwarts and there's an abandon prison which might be a third book reference. There are ghosts(but that's nothing special) and there's a mischievous ghost cut from the movies who teases the other students. That fortune teller teacher in HP became the potions teacher. And this last one is a stretch but there's a bearded man who works as a groundskeeper who my first thought "Hey, look. It's Hagrid."

There are probably other bits the creators used as inspiration but even if it is Harry Potter fanfiction, it's a pretty good one.

There were 'magic school' fantasy books before Harry Potter was a thing - for another example see the 'Sorcerer's Apprentice' series.

I don't think any of the characters really act like any kind of Harry Potter equivalent. You're drawing personality parallels to some characters, and looks characters to others.

If this game counted as Harry Potter fanfiction you would need to consider Green Arrow as Hawkeye fanfiction,
