Green bars?

So... Whenever I boot up the game there will be a bunch of green bars running across the screen, even over the steam notifications.
I have not had this problem with any other game except for this one and would love to know a fix.

I haven't had it with this game. How long do they persist? What part of start up do they hit on? What're your display settings for the game currently?

It will start immediately on startup and will go for pretty much the entire session. Never really clears up.
But the display settings are default but even changing them hasn't done anything.

When I change it from full screen, the lines just change size but they're still there.

I'm having the same issue - green flashing bars no matter whether the game is full screen or windowed. Has anyone found any solutions?

I fixed this using a solution that Watilin posted:

I just installed the game and experienced the crash you described. I managed to fix it by:

opening the Nvidia control panel (i'm on Windows 7, don't know if it's relevant)
going to Manage 3D Settings
in the Program Settings tab, wait for the list of programs to load. If Ikenfell isn't in the list, click the Add button and add the exe, the path should be something like this:
C:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\ikenfell\ikenfellwin.exe
Choosing your Nvidia hardware as preferred graphics processor.
