Trying to collect all the thought stones now for the big achievement but if my game crashes (which I was surprised happened because things were going so well...) and I restart game with continue, even if I have to retrace my steps a bit I don't mind. However, any touchstones I previously had acquired (sunset realm) are no longer lit on the chart and they won't count towards completion.
