As for the other DLC's, they are all just costumes to wear, I mean, they are much cheaper now days and on sale maybe you could grab a few but i think the game is fine without them. I think if you do want some, i would only buy 1-3 or so, you can customise what people wear in game but generally you will always lean to one of them making the others not worth buying. fortunately you can see by clicking the DLC packs what they actually look like in game, so you can decide pretty easily which ones are to your liking.
Honestly though, they are very optional, it varies on how much the extra costumes improve your experience.
My advice if your unsure, buy the game + VR, play it through once (the game has multiple playthroughs) decide if you want to change the costumes or if your fine with them as-is.
Their are some fun DLC costumes but forcing them over the default skins can also remove the fun side of seeing say swim-wear in the pool areas (and around), gym around the gym areas etc. But that's just a minor subjective view.
But its a fair point all the same lol
On the PCVR version I only have slime.
