yes the mod still works
may stop working with the dlc patch in a few weeks tho, you never know
Well thats a matter of opinion, for me is a lot better the original music.
Also Faulconer soundtrack is the definitive DBZ experience, just like the dub is the definitive DBZ experience. This is a fact, not an opinion, it is an immutable law of nature.
Both mods are by Midyof94. First mod is for cutscenes and the second one for everything outside of cutscenes.
I tried to play with the original OST and it was very cool listening to them, but after a dozen hours I just couldn't anymore. They're great for Dragon Ball series, but for DBZ my definitive experience will always be Funimation dub.
I live in America, and think both soundtracks are trash compared to my own custom gaming playlist. If I could find versions of the show with no generic sounding cookie cutter music made by mediocre musicians with little to no *real* sense of creativity whatsoever, or even no music at all, I'd actually pay for that in a heartbeat rather than download the show in it's entirety for free from a friend's Google drive.
I agree with that the base game doesn't have the good original music, when this the first game of Dragon ball outside Japan with some kind of version of the original music, they do it badly with some kind like you say, "cutted music"...
Works fine that mod is the original music from 80s/90s? And its well implemented on cutscenes, battles etc? Maybe i am interested...
this is not fixed by simply re-downloading and re-installing the patch
As the previous poster pointed out directly above your post, the new update changed the order of the music files and added some new tracks so the mod needs to be updated.
