Low FPS at 4k?
I Have a RTX 2080 TI ultra FTW OC'd and I cant even hit 60 fps at 4k... come on now-- this game is NOT that demanding. Can get 60 fps at 4k with Gears 5 but not this? I hover between 45-50 fps. Are other people having the same issue? Was there a driver for Nvidia I should have installed? I have Vsync in game turned off, vsync forced through GPU.

Setting that option to 200 at 4K is as if you were playing at 8K, so don't set that option to max at 4K.

perfemct 60 FPS on a GTX 1080 here at 4k, maybe drivers? Power Management?

You should be locked at 60 outside cutscenes, which are pre rendered at 30 FPS

Playing at 60 fps 1440p with 150% res scale WITH reshade's ray tracing shader. Using an RTX 2080. Something is definitely wrong on your end, this game is insanely easy to run.

This fixed it... any number you recommend putting it at? Set it to 150 and now it runs like a dream. I was like, with my GPU there is NO way I shouldn't be getting 60 fps at 4k.

If you're playing at 3840x2160 you shouldn't need anything above 100%

That's 4K for ya.

I have a 2080 Ti Asus OC and i9 9900k and I reach easily 60fps with 75-85% gpu ...

It was actually 8k for him. He set double the resolution of 4k with internal value of 200% which was exactly 7680x4320 (8k).

Optimal settings on 4k would be internal resolution value set to 100%, Anti-Aliasing set to TAA and image sharpening from nvidia control panel set to 30%.

No idea really, probably set it as high as your PC can handle without framerate drops.

If specs are needed to determine the number to set it to:

Windows 10 Enterprise
NVIDIA GTX 1060 (6 GB)
Intel i7-7700HQ CPU
16 GB DDR4 RAM
Installed on SSD
I guess somewhere in the 100~150 range? Pretty much try as much as you can without the framerate dropping.
Though, if it's still 30fps even at 100, if you're playing in fullscreen mode and with vsync turned on in-game, disable vsync in-game and force it through the nvidia control panel for the game.

Just curious, but does your Computer have support for the New 8K HDMI Cords?

I ask, because they are suppose to be able to offer between
120 hrz or 120 FPS up to 240 hrz or 240 FPS at 4K...

With a Bandwith of 48 gbps...

Have you tried using one of these on your Computer?

As far as the Game goes with 60 FPS, it seems it was badly Optimized, &
some got straight 60 FPS, while others did not, I guess it depends on your PC,
how it was built, possibly? & it does not matter of how powerful your System
runs, because some run better then others on the Game, with how the Game
works with them...

Probably a Compatability issue with the Game?

Am I wrong? It is really hard to tell in today's Games what the cause could be...
Up till recently, i've not seen Games so broken before on Release, so it's
so weird, & it seems things are very differently handled then they were in the
past...

Take your resolution and multiply both axis by the percentage you set there. So if you set the res scale to 150, you'd do 2160 x 1.5 to get the effective vertical resolution. If you set it to 200% with your native res set to 4k, you were effectively playing at 8k.
