The Automatic Method is definitely the ideal solution.
It's by lexars, based on the values shared on WSGF by granti (FOV) and _AG (aspect) or possibly even earlier by Rourobourus here on Steam (aspect).
My involvement in this one has been limited to just telling people the basics of hex editing and float to hex conversion, as I do not even own the game.
Tell me how it goes!
Sadly I don't know which one is for the Cutscenes but with a little bit of time in your hand you can probably test it going through those Values.
please
''Changing ONLY the second AND the third 3B 8E E3 3F and ONLY 35 FA 0E 3C F4 seems to be correct.
16:9 Cutscenes and 21:9 in game.
Just camera still goes a little bit far away while flying but maybe it's just because of the new FOV.''
because I don't understand what you mean by second and third
After that you change the FOV, right here only change 35 FA 0E 3C F4 with 35 D4 83 3C F4.
Atleast that's what made it work for vj88.
If you don't know how to Hex Edit:
Just download the program ''HxD'' from their Official Website.[mh-nexus.de]
You want some kind of Fix I don't use and only another User has posted about so I obviously can't give you a wikipedia type explanation.
Use the Automatic Method if you are not able to follow the guide.
The Hex Edit is described as easy as it gets so there is no need of a video, I already went out of my way to change up the Hex Edit Tutorial in my answer so you understand it more.
