I notice only black top card can be use. How to use other silver top cards?

Hello, those are the attribute cards. They permanently improve your units and don't need to be equipped for each shift like the ability cards, since they are always active anyway.

I think that attributes and other cards should be seperated. Once you have most of them it's getting quite messy. I know there are filters for exactly that, but still.
