- ESS has a new mechanic where bounties are split between two banks
- The new reserve bank on the ESS will be the real jackpot
- The new reserve bank will require a key to access
- BTW the keys to access the new ESS reserve bank won't even be made available when this change goes live...

Lately more and more so with each update, EVE feels more like a sandbox for CCP devs to experiment on their players rather than a sandbox for players to experiment with CCP's game.

ESS Defend fleets- Steal Fleets , bank runs , and ect .

I had quit playing for a long time, but when I came back, I knew I had only truly returned in proper form when I started reading all the patch notes so I can complain about the game before logging in to continue playing anyway.

What a joke. Who sits in an office and thinks of this gallant garbage? SO ..... how does any of this actually help anyone, except the kudos from the CCP office people to other CCP office people? Fix something that is broken instead. Sheesh .... thanks for nothing .... again.

... This is not something most of Eve player base has any interest in. How about fixing the things that are still currently still broken or out of date. Why are POS still in the game? Why are citadels tether mechanic still broken? WHY ARE WE STILL FORCED TO FLY MUNINNS? BTW there is very few people that are interested in sitting in save fleets for rorquals how can you say that people would be interested in defense fleets for ratters?

hmmm right , my fault.
they should plan to fix Black screen - first time log in problems , my friend almost died to install the game and play the game. a lot of black screen problems . and so EVE is REALLY hard for new guys to get into game . you should remake the tutorials and career agents. i guess it's more important than ruining veteran's life XD
