Can't choose my education

I get to that screen in the character creation thing, but there are no options. If I try to click "Enter Game" it says that there's an error and it can't save at that point in the character creation progress. If I try to go back nothing happens, and if I select one of the previous screens it just lets me choose my race again. The only thing I can do that seems to work the way it should is go back to the store.
