How long for plex to deliver ?

been waiting a while now , logged off and on a few times
still no plex bought via steam

Was your account created through Steam? If not, you will have to access the newly created account made by Steam and transfer the PLEX to your main account. If you also bought omega time, then create a support ticket to get it fixed to your main account. If it WAS made by Steam before, then your account should have the PLEX already in the PLEX vault. If it's not there, then create a support ticket.
