I can't LOGIN!!!
Hi! I can't login via the laucher or via the web. For some reason I just can login to the singularity server.
When I try to login via launcher to Tranquility the popup where I have to write my username and password appears the "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" message. Same when I try to login to EVE site, forum or support.

HEEELLLLPPPP!!!!

Please can you get in touch with our Player Experience team who will be able to investigate this further for you. This seems to be a client specific issue in each case and the team will be able to help determine what the root cause of the problem is. You can contact them via an email to support@eveonline.com

Having the same problem. Restarting the computer or reinstalling the client did not help.

Still not working, gona fill out a support ticket if it dosent work by 11am downtime.

Any updates on this? I have been waiting all this time for a fix, but I still can't login either via the launcher either via the website. The error message is always "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" on both the launcher and the website. I wanted to come back to playing EVE but I will probably have to quit it. Pretty sure the game is dying at this point.

@Murillo7 Since this is also occurring on our website as well as the launcher can you please file a support ticket. You can do that by sending us an email to support@eveonline.com

I already filed a support ticket, but I finally managed to login a few days ago, after a month of waiting. Someone replied asking me to send the launcher logs but I will not do that since the problem is fixed for now. If the problem persists, I will reply the ticket with the logs.
