Perma ban after five minutes
I installed the game, chose my faction, created my character and began the tutorial, i also payed for the bronze starter pack. After maybe the third or fourth tutorial mission, after warping a few times and killing a few drones i headed back to a dock as instructed but upon arrival i was kicked from the game and when i tried to log back in it displays a message "Permanently banned due to violation of EULA agreement - pending investigation" I literally played the game for minutes and i didn't even get the chance to redeem my bronze pack items...

This never happens unless CCP thinks you're subverting a ban, are cheating right out of the gate, or you're not telling the whole truth. If you are telling the truth, however, you should open a support ticket. Posting this here is a waste of everyone's time and makes me think that this is low-tier bait.

It could be something completely legitimate, like this:

If you've truly done nothing wrong, support should sort you out. If you missed a few subscribed days, they should reimburse you for that too.

Nope, not bait at all - i posted it here because i couldn't log into the EVE online website yesterday and i just wanted some more opinions. I played in the past but not through steam and after posting i was able to find a similar case but their play time was around ten hours. To my knowledge i have never done anything that would merit a ban, i used to mine asteroids on my other account and on this one i literally completed the first four stages of the tutorial and it permanently banned me. The only similarity i can draw from the other persons case was that we had both made purchases, he'd spent about £70 whereas i only spent £9 but that's the one thing that's similar and also different from how i've played in the past.

You probably set off the automatic ban system somehow, either because your transaction was questionable, or some kind of software-related issue that led to a false positive. A ban by a live human would never be done that quickly (there would be hours, days, or even weeks of investigation before a ruling). So I'm sure it will be fixed by support. Make a new account if you need to get in touch with support (don't use it to log into the game - do it via the website).

Then yeah sounds like a false positive, support ticket is your way, they'll clear it up fast hopefully.

all sorted now "It appears that our security system automatically suspended your account since it appeared that your account was being compromised." was the reason given. They gave me five days of omega too so all is forgiven :)
