Lost Skill Points

Has anyone had this experience? I loged in again after about a year and I no longer have the certs to fly my ships or use the modules. Did I loose SP in the change? Is there a way to recover lost SP? Not only that but it seems like everything in my inventory requires this "mega clone" item whatever that is.

My ship (retriever) requires Mining barge 1 and Astrology 3, which I have.

Also, what are the yellow skills vs the white ones? My mining and science, both have 4 white and an orange.

I looked through them. I didn't notice anything on "lost skill points".
