Just BLack Screen after logging in........

First it was stuck at the loading bulk files.... then I close and now it loads bulk files then heads to black screen forever..... I can sometimes press esc and settings show up sometimes not. I emailed them and they told me to delete a folder in appdata and that did not fix anything. Now I deleted the sahred cache folder and game wont launch so I just uninstalled and is now installing again.

HOW DO I FIX IT SO IT ACTUALLY LAUNCHES PROPERLY AND NOT GET STUCK ON BLACK SCREEN.
