Report a translation problem
Usually this means that your timezone and computer clock do not match. However this can simply be a network error that occurred when you tired to connect.
Retrying often allows you to connect. You can also try clearing your cache as some players have said that fixes the issue. That does not work for everyone though. You can also try running verify.
Start the launcher. Click on the EVE icon in the top right corner of the launcher, select shared cache. Click on verify.
