Usage of 100% PCU
Two-three days ago, I comeback to EVE and find trouble with microfreezes and lagging. Taskmanager say 100% PCU are used by something, after EVE launcher has started. Ok, I turn off EVE and launcher, but problem was still. It gone only after reboot.

In other hand, Destiny 2 take 60% of PCU on ultras (with low-q shadows), and run with 45-55 FPS without any lags and freezes.

CPU: Intel Pentium G4620
Graphic card: GeForce 1050 Ti
Memory: 16 Gb

IMHO, it looks like cryptominer, but I can't give any proofs.

Have anyone same problem and how U solve it?

I have a similar issue except when I try to start from Steam, I have to open Task Manager, end a task called eve.exe, then restart from Steam to even open the Launcher. At this point, I'm at 100% CPU usage from rundll32.exe which lists Eve Online on Steam as the only cause of it.

Thx! It's work. Avarage PCU usage now in 60% with peaks on 80%. I see no freezes yet.

Yep I have the same issue and I even tried decided to take that as a sign to redo my OS and it worked fine for a couple launches, however, after the client launcher needed to update itself it stopped launching Eve client launcher when trying to launch through steam. Eve.exe launches but won't call the client launcher to launch and maxes out my none service CPU launching rundll32.exe. If you launch eve from the client launcher itself it loads fine. They should really fix this stuff. From browsing the internet I see there are many threads on many forums discussing steam client launcher not working well with eve client launcher.
