Bought game time 2 days ago, account still not upgraded from alpha to omega.

Started the game 2 days ago, after a while i decided to upgrade my character from Alpha to Omega.

i bought game time on CCP website and payed via paypal.

I've got the email with the confirmation that paypal payed, when i go into my account info on CCP website it tells me that my account is Omega etc.

but for some reason when i log in, my character is still an Alpha clone...

i still have the restrictions of an Alpha.

Also tried to buy a plew to see if it changes anything, but CCp website tells me that i need to log into my account and create a new character to finalize the purchase..., wich is weird...

Sounds like you made the purchase for a "normal" EVE account directly from the website, which is to say, not your Steam EVE account. At some point you must have made an account on the EVE website without realizing that it wouldn't be the same account that you get through Steam.

If this is the case, you can ask CCP support to transfer your purchases over to the proper account.

Wait wait wait...first, I assume you are playing the game through steam. What exactly do you mean you "bought game time" Did you make a subscription, or did you purchase a plex? The game is free to play so there is no purchasing of the game.

If you purchased a plex, you need to go to your neocom when you are docked in a station, check inventory and redeem. If you purchased a full plex, it will be there for you to redeem. After redeeming it, you need to right click on it to activate your game time.

If you purchased a subscription through steam, right click on the game itself and manage subscriptions. If you purchased it, it should be there.

When playing the game, does it show you as Alpha status or Omega?

*Couple edits, sorry. I forgot the subscription manager is in your account details for steam. And after redeeming a purchased plex it will be in the item hangar of the station you are docked at.
