Steam won't start game (most detailed fix)

I did buy a started pack today, and never did play this game before.
First issue I had was that steam did not open the game via "play" button after install. And then I started to do some research.
I found out that in the steam directory for eve online there was an exe called "repair.exe" found here \Steam\steamapps\common\Eve Online\ I did use it, took about 15 minutes to repair it.
After that it still did not work.
I made my account using the guide from michael45854 here http://steamcommunity.com/app/8500/discussions/0/864969482080195021/ I then managed to make my account on EVE. (took me 5 minutes to refresh, stopped for 5 minutes then did it again and worked fine).
Then again I did try to start directly from steam, since as I found out it is the only option (you don't have user and pass for eve account).
It did not work, and then I found this https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=238130 where I downloaded the launcher, installed it into the eve online directory (inside steam) after instal and start i did close it.
Again it did not work, I restarted steam, hit play and then it worked fine, laucher started with me already logged in and then started to update itself and I finally was about to start the game.
I am not sure if I am the only one, or what exact step from there solved my issue, but this is all I did in the last 45 minutes.

Sorted it out. I downloaded the new client executable http://cdn1.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/release/EVEOnlineLauncher_2_1_539169.exe into my \Steam\steamapps\common\Eve Online directory then shut down Steam.
i then reopened Steam, clicked on EVE Online in my game list and voila! It's recognising the fact that I'm logging into EVE via my Steam account.

I was playing and ... in not even 5-7 minutes the server vent offline :) ... but at least we have a proper fix now!

WTF!? Now game don`t start -_-

Try to restart steam, after you did download the launcher did it start after instal? Does the game still not open at all? If yes, try the repair also.

Nothing help. Now I reinstall game and I will try everything to repeat.

If the game is failing to start, the boot-process should store some logs. You can find them in the application, under a folder called launcher\cache (full path, for example, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Eve Online\launcher\cache)

If you can paste the contents of these logs to Pastebin, or share them somewhere, it's possible we might find out the problem you're having.
