pretty much every step of the tutorial can be skipped by clicking "next"
but if the tutorial makes you ragequit instead of trying to keep a cool head and solve the problem, well... the game certainly isn't going to get less complicated from there
hope you didn't just buy it
Eve Online was my last go at finding a space sim that would blow me away.
No, trading and grinding garbage and little tiny menus you can't read.
Not for me.
Really farking boring genre atm.
also, there is a market bar. type a word and find out.
You don't have to be a trader, you can be anything in this virtual reality world and sandbox...you just need to push out and try it.
just wish its release didn't feel so far away
also wish I got in on the kickstarter when it was active, meant to get in on it but I kept putting it off and then felt real stupid when I opened the page on the day it closed
Still can't find the repair module that I was supposed to get in the tutorial.
Tells me to take an item to drop off.I have the item,So i set destination for the drop off location, undock and then it tells me I don't have the item. This game is terrible.can ONE space game have a PROPER TUTORIAL FOR ONCE?
JUST ONE SPACE GAME?
Can YOU ACTUALLY DO THAT?
1. Unfit the "Civilian Afterburrner" (or what ever is in 1st middle module slot)
2. Fit the "Shield Booster" or "Armor Repairer" module
Really late reply, but I ran into the same problem and couldn't find an answer online, so contacted Eve support, they confirmed it wasn't called a "repair module" in game, but a "Shield Booster" or "Armor Repairer" module.
Turns out it also needs to go into the 1st / top most mid module slot for it to register as being loaded.
Hopefully this helps save some noobs a lot of frustration.
