1 Alpha and 1 Omega alt?

Can you run two characters - one for premium, one for F2P runs? Or is it always better to create separate accounts for alts?

Don't know what you mean by "run". Omega is applied to all characters on account. If you mean to run multiple game windows, then no - you can't launch alpha account simultaniously with any other one. There may be workarounds, but that's against EULA.

With second character you mean a character on another account.
Then no you cant.

Cause you ofcourse cant run 2 chars from same acc at same time

You can freely create 3 characters on the free account and log into each of them one at a time.

You can also get 2 omega pilots as well if you fill the slots with one omega account. That 30 construction, 30 copy/invention, 30 reaction slots and 18 planets to do PI as well (max skill).

If you buy omega time.. it's per account.. three chars per account.. per the OP, two chars with max skill can seriously do some PI.. although after doing it myself I didn't consider PI that passive of isk :) but you can make some isk at it, quite a bit. Non maxed about level 4 you get easily pull 50 mil a week just one character. That's pretty passive to just resetting your drilling and picking up the goods once or twice a week, no transferring goods to mfg planet for t2 and t3 goods and less taxes, would be a good source for a new player.. edit I believe pi requires omega.

you're better off multi boxing accounts than paying for multi character training, there are some edge cases like mentioned, PI slots, Industry slots, but you can't box characters on the same account so you have to log out of one to log in on another. this doesn't matter much for dedicated cyno characters, but if you're not flying capitals or maxing out your industry the force multiplier is better if you have another account rather than more characters on the same account. the ability for two characters to fleet up and interact is much more beneficial than having 3 characters that can never interact with one another.

Good choice, once you make one alt account you can find endless reasons to make more.
