Broken update?

This stupid update won't download, I've already wasted my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time trying to download it 3 times now and all i get is some lousy box popping up called "exception" I don't know WTF is going on here.

I've only just resubbed yesterday and now i'm having to deal with this crap? what the hell is wrong with this stupid thing?

LOL that's a good one! I needed a laugh today! YOU may feel like that but CCP won't.
Corrupted files are a function of your own computer, my first blind guess would be a HDD in the early stages of failure.

Why would it be CCPs fault. I went through that process with no problems whatsoever. Most likely your problem lies at your end.

Ok not so much CCP, but a steam fault.

and FYI, i didnt specifically say it was CCP fault, its just they would be the ones that handle game time not steam.

Probably something somewhere in the Steam policy that they are not responsible if files are corrupt when you download them on your PC. They are not corrupt on the Steam server, so it isn't their fault if it happens on your PC.
