No idea, I always skip them, as it is risk/reward not really worth the effort. There are easier ways to get faction/deadspace loot/BPs with PvE.

true

I can do incursions as well. Not huge in exploration really. I was looking for a way to make isk when i cant/ dont feel like doing inc. I can do lvl 4's i know, but thats not possible for me at moment.

Only place you're going to make any real isk on a consistent basis is to hold a WH or go to 0.0

i was planning to train for stealth bombers and take a WH to null.

and like pvp there some

try to hook up with a good corp/alliance that has sov and can hold it. solo 0.0 isn't all that great imho.

just one question though. when people say "wormhole space", do they mean operating inside a wormhole, or just taking one to null?
Jody Oct 11, 2014 @ 2:14pm
sorry been a little while and not sure about some things. i do have a corp already

Burner missions were created by CCP to provide missioners with a pvp-style experience in order to get their feet wet and get them interested in "other" aspects of the game aside from the one they grind. And the result is that they're avoiding this new feature just like they avoid pvp.

'wormhole space' is holding and farming a WH. Using them as transport is kind of a side effect so to speak.

So your saying that there kinda like a noobs way to try out pvp?

it's a way to learn the game mechanics in a lower risk environment.

it's enough isk for beginners to move forward on but 2 days in 0.0 will show you how badly you're spending your time in highsec. I was making about 40 mill isk an hour without working hard..orbiting thefirst thing I killed and wiping out rats while getting wasted and watching a movie.

idk maybe in awhile i will take a trip there and kill rates. Do you need a big ship to rat in null?
Shotgun Oct 11, 2014 @ 2:19pm
Their rewards don't compare to high-end pve like incursions and Sleepers, but are still decent. Also, you're basically given a free faction spawn to kill. And the best part is, you can easily fit your ship for the job, because the NPC enemy abilities are well-documented. Though you will need something like an assault or faction frigate to be successful.

But yes, they were created to simulate low-end solo pvp, although CCP doesn't openly acknowledge this.
