buying plex

so i have eve on steam, and today i decieded to buy 4 plex. the first two i bought right as the servers crashed. the second 2 after they came back up.

so my question is how long do they take to deliver? and will i recieve my full order even though me cc shows both purchases?

No idea how it's delivered through Steam. I guess it will show up as an ingame plex (redeem function) after your purchase. As long as you have the CC reciept it's okay, you can contact CCP/EVE support if it's not delivered.

You might have to wait a few hours for the transaction to go through, but that's about it.

my cc shows them both as pending but i only have one reciept from steam, this worries me.

get ahold of steam and verify if a receipt was generated, or that the payment went through, if so, relax. if the secodn PLEX doesnt show up, then use that second receipt you asked steam tog enerate for you as proof of purchase to get your second plex.

but yeah, theyll appear in your "redeem" box.
