It probably might come up in the coming weeks. I have noticed that EVE sales happen kinda often, and its great for new players wanting to get in on EVE. The premium pack or what ever on sale is great.

My bet is that it'll be around Fanfest, which runs from the 19th to the 21st.

I suspect (and this is just a theory on my part) CCP wants to keep the in-game price of plex around 800-820 mil and puts plex on sale whenever the price gets above that to increase competition amongst plex sellers and drive down the in-game price.
