The sites in nullsec which spawn Mercoxit (the ore from which morphite comes) were nerfed with the Equinox update.

The price of Mercoxit, and this Morphite is changing to suit the new lower supply.

Not quite nerfed, they were literally missing. And I believe there was another instance of it relatively recently.
