Failing that, please take a screenshot of the mission journal and the rest of your screen.
There several types of agents in the game and what you likely want first are the ones named "tutorial" whom you can also find by pressing F12 for a help menu.
Then you have various other "normal" agents that say eg. a security or some such as their division and have a lable lvl1, lvl 2 etc. assiged to them those guys are whom you talk once you have complited you tutorial missions and have learned a bit about how this game works.
Judging from the blood raiders it means you started an amarr character and you home systems is Chaven, Sehmy or Emrayur and tutorial agents for Amarr are located in Deepari, Pasha or Conoban.
See this for more about rookie systems[wiki.eveonline.com]
To get your bearings you can use this online map to Conoban [evemaps.dotlan.net] or in game map but teaching how to use it on the forums would take ages.
Also you can leave "bread crumbs" on your way though various systems and use items left in station hangars as way points from your inventory screen.
