Are the special offers the same for everyone?
The first two are the same on my different accounts, especially the half price three months omega, they show up at the same time.
The following is my third special offer

PROSPECTOR PACK
Get a fully fit Retriever, the skills to pilot it, PLEX, and 30 days of Omega time!

It costs 17.99$, I feel very unfavorable, my friend told me that he jumped out a very cheap monthly omega of about 8$, is this true?Is it different for everyone?

They are and I think there is other ones to if your gone for a long time its asking me to spend like over a thousand or hundreds of dollars to get missed skill points its insane. The pricing for things are so awful after they sold out.

Playing EVE on and off since 2009. The pricing was never attractive. 13 years ago as well as nowadays.

Where your friend has paid $8 for "monthly omega" is a big question mark. It's just blablabla without specific details what exactly he has bought and where.

Besides: There is nothing like "missed skill points". You have what you own and you can fill the holes with enough tools available (boosters, drugs, rigs etc.). An EVE veteran can win with an Alpha vs. some medicore full skilled Omega dude. This has been proven since over a decade and still people whine about the same bs like 13 years ago.

Regarding prices: Ever looked how expensive it is to get into simulators like DCS? Buying modules, peripherals (HOTAS Cougar, Warthog or similar, TrackIR..) maybe a new rig. Everything has a price tag and that's the way to go.

Casuals pay a lot of money because they want it all (dozens of games etc.) while the others who focus on less things get more for less in the long run. I know it because I am such a casual.

There is you must of not quit long enough to get one and yea i don't think full skills matter when the person that is maxed is prob just gonna be ganked by a gang of smaller ♥♥♥♥ ships with no skills in w/e they are doing anyway most likely lol and they do dude I just logged on I have 10 personal offers lol 8 of them are buying 1620000 skill points at 39.99 instead of one huge chunk they just made it into smaller ones...

It's CDN$25.95/month. I'm not hurting, but I haven't played in a while, and I'm not paying that to let a few skills build up lol. But people do pay it, otherwise they wouldn't still be in business.

I pay $9.99/month for other subs... I wonder if Eve's current owners would benefit from the Dollar Store approach. They're billion dollar companies..... because they're so cheap that everyone shops at them.
