Warp to any selestial. Mid warp just press ctrl + B and you just need to enter the name a and where to save the book mark

you need a jump ship to transport assets . If you don't have a jump drive capable hauler there are some corps that can haul.

So when a station in nullsec is destroyed, the items within it get moved to the nearest NPC station that is not in nullsec, this is called "asset safety". This typically dumps it deep into lowsec as these systems more often are closer to nullsec systems than highsec systems. OP is asking how he can safely retrieve his items from dangerous low-sec space.

The answer to that is to go transport it out themselves, or to pay someone to do it. Depending on what exactly is stored the effort may well not be worth it.
