Homefront Bots
Is the developer going to do anything about the serious bots situation in all the regions Amarr, Caldari, Gallente and Minmmatar. These bots are overunning all the Homefront Raid sites and they continue to book the sites even tho the botter are logged off and not farming sites. They essentially annoy the homefront community to no end. We report them, they get banned and they are back the next hour.

CCP Please track where they are transfering their isk to, which are the main accounts doing that and ban it.

A lot of these bots are actually just players multiboxing.

What is a Homefront raid site? I've never seen these bots, so I suspect I've never been to one of these raid sites.

Homefronts are easily the most valuable activity one can perform in high-sec. They are low risk and very high reward, although you absolutely require 4 or 5 characters in order to make good ISK as the rewards scale upwards the more people you bring (up to 5, and decrease from there). With 5 characters you can do 5.5 sites an hour and make 17.1m per site per character, or about 500m per hour between all characters.

Due to this fact, and how very easy they are, they are a popular activity for people to multibox. People multiboxing usually use a similar naming convention between their characters and so people assume they are all bots.

The activity is undoubtedly botted sometimes, but I know a few people who run homefronts and they are not botting.

I learn something new almost every day playing this game. I suspect for whatever reason, the corp I am in, just doesn't do these, as I've never heard of this or done one in the bit over a month that I've been playing.

It requires getting 5 people together all of whom can fly a T1 logistics ship, which is not difficult in principle (a 6 hour-ish train).

But you need people ready at the right time with the right ships in the right place, which is a bit like herding cats.

If you can convince your corp mates to do it however it is absolutely worth the time you put in to it.

I've reported majority of those botters that appeared 3 months ago, All with identical names. Thus far they have been dealt with by CCP, There are still some new ones popping up trying to be clever. I know what botters look and behave like. I have personally reverse engineered the software they used and informed CCP what to look for. Been in this game longer than all of you combined.

Lmao. Wow. That’s pretty cringe.

The saddest part is he actually typed that and hit send thinking it sounded remotely believable.

Same naming conventions are not unusual and not indicative of bots. https://zkillboard.com/kill/114155426/

This guy for example, boxes 10 accounts, and does not bot.

"Multiboxers" are what kept EVE ONLINE alive to date.

i am just a paserby here, i have a question, since this is a sci fi game when u use the name "bots" are you talking about EVE bots or like legit bots. PS, how is the Chinese Comunist Party involved in all this?

They are referring to clients being run by unauthorised automated third party clients, which undoubtedly do exist but a lot are just multiboxing.

CCP is Crowd Control Productions, the company who created and maintain EVE.
