Some third-party training plan tools probably do what you're looking for, but as I don't use any, I can't make any recommendations. Check Google (and verify the legitimacy of anything you choose to download), and/or ask on the official forums. Remember: no third-party tool or access should ask for your login information (ESI access is necessary however).
I believe you can export your skill queue. If you paste that into Excel (or your spreadsheet app of choice), you might be able to have a few formulas output raw training times, and then see combined times by selecting a range or doing a sum or something like that.
I'll check later if this is possible, and will let you know. Might be a day or two, since my space hut is getting attacked, and I have to prepare to defend it.
