Purchased starter pack, how to apply it?

if you selected to add it to your game library, eve online will show up there. Click play and it will launch and update the launcher. After it updates, restart it to automatically authenticate and login into the game. The core starter pack items will be in the redeeming system (alt+y ingame shortcut).

You will need to create a character first,.a redeem items bar appears on your character selection screen (before you choose to log in) then you just drag the items from it for character(s) to use them in the game.

i have the same problem, have the starter pack purchased installed over steam and as registered me at the first time with an account (14 days trial) from Saturday.

Did not work no 30 days and also ingame nothing to redeem.
have then a new account created but because the same.
