Steam Premium Edition Plex Activation?

Hello everyone, I bought about 5 Months ago Eve Online on Steam, to be exact i bought the Premium Edition, with a Plex, then i played one Month and played some other games after that Month. Now i want to play again EvE with the Gametime that gives me the Plex, but for some reason it doesnt work, i never used Plex before, so maybe im doing something wrong, but i thought i just start the game and the game is going to ask me do i want to use my Plex? Instead it just tell me that i need to buy new subscription time. Please help, thatnk you in advance.

If there's a PLEX in your account, you can go to the EVE account management page and activate it from there. Just add a month of subscription to cart, and use the PLEX in your account as payment (it will be an option before checkout).

if im at the site of EvE, i cant even get into the account i have at steam, only in my old test account from 3 years ago, same username and password. -.-
