Installing SaraShawa overview pack

I found a post here but I think the answer was intended for Steam users only (Im playing directly through the launcher).
I cant find how to install this pack, anywhere, not even from the post I got it from.

It's a PvP oriented overview.

It's a PvP oriented overview.

as long as its a legal overview (as in all it does is preselect what entities you wantt o appear, what color, etc) the all you should have to do is download it, then ingame, lick on the little bars in the top left of your overview, then import overview settings, import those files (its either on that drop down, or you have to go to edit overview THEn import files)
