Black login screen of death...

A couple years ago I signed up for the 14 day trial but never downloaded the game until LONG after it was up using an Email account.

Now I purchased the Steam version of the game, and as I’m jumping thru hoops to get my damn Steam account synchronized I noticed I couldn’t get the verification email send to previously said account so I tried one of my other accounts.

A while later I finally got my verification, and so far my Steam account on EVE is green, except for one thing.

I start the launcher, theirs my Steam account, all pinned and green and ready to go, I start it, I shows a little bar window saying the login is successful and… nothing. Just a blank, black screen, with little ghostly sounds playing in the background and a little loading swirly of death in the bottom corner and nothing happens.

I’m trying to download the full client “which BTW is about 80mb? Thiers no way in hell this game is that small” to see if that’s the problem.

Whatever the reason… help…

Now I've tried verifying another email account then switching back. Now I cant verify ether account. I've sent a ticket. What a bunch of whoreshit...

In launcher settings, please select the option to download all files, close and restart the game/launcher. Once all files are downloaded, try starting up the game again.

I'm afraid I've allready requested a refund. I may try again when the game goes FTP.

I have the same problem. I attempted to download all files beforehand, but to no avail.

Whats the point of asking for help when you instant refund? Also the game is partially free to play anyway, permenant trial better term though.
