how to invert mouse wheel?

am i the only one annoyed by how mouse wheel zooms you out when in every normal game it would zoom you in? can i change it to work as it should?

I just started playing EVE and the option was moved to Settings -> Camera

This was the first thing I changed as well. Is there anybody that prefers the scroll wheel to be backwards by default?
