Just so you know, in EVE the word 'exploit' is used for tricks that are declared to be against the rules of the game: https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/204873262-Known-Declared-Exploits
So if you call an ingame trick an exploit, people will assume it's not allowed by CCP. High sec smartbombing is certainly allowed and therefore not an exploit.
very easy to kill cuz most belive they cant be hit while cloaked.
