Mining without omega
Guys, I wanted to know if there is, or better to give, to pay for the game subscription just doing mining without being omega or is there something besides mining?

A few things:
- Mining without being Omega is a fair bit slower than mining as Omega
- Mining as Omega player is a very slow way to make enough ISK to buy a subscription
- I would not recommend you to grind ingame ISK to pay for a subscription, unless you're a veteran player with good skills, omega subscription and know how to make ISK fast

The game will be really boring if your only purpose is to mine for dozens of hours each month for the privilege of doing it again the next month.

Instead, play for free as Alpha, use the ingame money to buy new ships instead and have fun within the limits of free to play. Or pay for a subscription.

Contract scamming in local is more engaging and exciting than mining.

So ye, a lot more besides mining. And shame on anyone suggesting the first thing someone ever do in this game is mine.

Edit: What exactly were you doing in the game besides mining? Because without a subscription Industry/Mining is a nightmare to try and attempt.

Watching a video is watching some live, as a miner.

So let me get this straight: your idea is to play a game for "free," but in order to play it, you will grind about 200 hours of mindless, monotonous labor every month (for the equivalent of about 10 US pennies per hour), thereby not actually playing the game at all?

Am I getting it right?

Does exploration give a good ISK ?

I know there is another possibility, I'm just seeing which one is better to do. In addition to mining.

Train for combat ships and do combat PvE (high-sec complexes, abyssal sites) and exploration content.

Trade on the market.

I'm going to study the game and see the possibilities of what to do.

Omega is how the game is best played and to make the most mining you need to be part of a group of miners with a foreman trained dude who beams your mining turrets into going faster.

If you are new to EVE you shouldn't be worried about getting an OMEGA subscription at all. It wont help you, it will be a waste of money. You should spend more time learning and finding new ways to make isk that suits you, mining is basically an OMEGA exclusive activity but even if you were to get a subscription it would be a waste since it's a large investment of resources and time before good profit can be made. Develop your skills, learn to navigate new eden safely. What makes EVE better than any FTP is the fact you can completely overcome the "grind" with knowledge, with the potential to make millions with a day 1 character.
I started playing a month back and in my THIRD DAY of playing i made 400 million isk from exploring in .05 systems. (I watched guides and read about the game while i had work and stuff) The easiest, safest way you can make tens of millions is to read about level 2 security missions and chose ones with lootable structures, lots of those missions have hidden goodies that most players miss. The only way to beat EVE is to learn, omega is nothing more than a luxury item.

the only mining ship you can fly as an alpha is the venture. which is the starter mining ship. sure, you could move to a null corp and mine there to make at least a bit of better isk but its not great. if you would do exploration in the same area you would make way more. even simple ratting in a vexor in null would make you more isk.

if your home is in high sec then check out abyssal sites. just look up some guides on youtube for alpha abyssals. these actually pay well but are of course an active play style compared to mining. for exploration (date/relic) you will want to leave high sec as the isk you can make there is pretty bad. do trips into wormholes or use filaments to go to null and the sites will give good loot. the risk of loosing a ship is of course higher though.

another form of exploration is combat exploration. these are these green anomalies in space as well as scanable signatures. these sites can actually drop good loot in highsec but need a decent ship. especially the ded sites can drop great stuff. check out 'delonewolf' or 'Aceface' on youtube for some money making ideas.

I'm going to study on Youtube, about the game and what to do besides mining. Of course I'll make a little money to get a better ship.

minerar sem omega é a maior merda do mundo, faz incursão com algum grupo e paga seu omega. não tem esforço desde que outras 10 pessoas vão estar te carregando em uma Vanguard Class e é um rate de em torno 100kk Isk por hora
