So is the four hour timers on respawn of belts gone forever?

ice belts were spawning 4 hours after they were mined out. they don't do it anymore. is that gone forever or temporary

And then I am going to press "F12" and then press <"...Join Channel..."> and join the in-game Help channel. And then I will ask the guys in the HELP channel if they know.

took 2 minutes for the EVE client to patch itself.
and took less than that to ask this question in the HELP channel and get an answer.

Apparently, they did remove the respawn Timer. Sometime in December.
I'll try to find the patch notes.

EVE Online patch notes are terrible. They are like gobbledegook.

apparently, from what I could gather the timer is longer. or random. or CCP didn't tell anybody. nobody knows.
