It's screwed up...I registered my account already and now only have a login button. I'll send them a ticket and let them sort it out.
Check the "Magic 14" skills if you need help. These will benefit you in many ways and open up many paths to new modules and ships to boot. https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/The_Magic_14
Other than that, getting certain ships to lvl 5 will help a lot too, especially if you're looking into T2 ships. Want to fly an Assault Frigate? Well you are going to need Frigates V. Want a Tactical destroyer, well you guessed it, you need Destroyers V. And so on.
The link is to download the game, not to login.
Alphas can use tech 2 weapons up to the medium level.
One important thing to mention about the referral bonus:
If you're planning to play the game for free for a period of time, then do not redeem the 1,000,000 skill points into your character, because that will count against your free 5,000,000 skill point training limit. Let it sit in the redemption queue until it's time to claim it, since it won't expire.
If you go Omega right off the bat and keep Omega active until past the first 5,000,000 skill points trained, then it makes no difference.
PS: avoid mining - train for combat only on your first character.
Still, you made a concrete claim about something today without confirming whether or not it's actually valid, and that's wrong. Intentionally or not, you're spreading false information, which can hurt new or potential players.
All you've done here is spread a bunch of false information to try to steer people away from the game, and not just with regard to the Alpha training, but by trying to spread your victim mentality like a virus.
Just because you got your "posterior handed to you" doesn't mean that others will. Stop deceiving people.
Tech 2 Heavy Missiles (Assault and Normal Variety)
Alphas cannot use Tech 2 Large weapons (turrets, torpedoes, and cruise missiles).
There are a bunch of people following me around these forums and mass-reporting reporting every single one of my posts because they dislike my stance on EVE (this has been directly confirmed by higher authorities at this point), and that's the one that "stuck" with Steam support, who issued the ban. Don't talk about things you don't know.
No worries, friendo! I played this game for a couple weeks at launch...at one point I kept getting ganked every time I tried to do a mission. Lost all my ships and couldn't continue. So, yeah, it's a tough game to get into. Thanks for your help!
Mind sharing your character's name? Something about that doesn't seem right, and I want to check kill board records to see what kind of issue with ganking you had.
