As I can not find any information when googling.
How the hell do I compress ore these days. Before I took like a year break the station I set up at allowed me to compress aswell as reprocess. I looked up and found out that if a station offer reprocessing it offers compression however I do not see this option at this current station, I even checked a few stations near by aswell and they offer reprocess but no compress. So is there a new menu for compressing? Or did they make compressing ore only available in a different kind of station? Honestly have no clue how to compress my ore anymore since it's no longer there when I right click it in the item hanger in a station.

Upwell structures (player-owned citadels) only. The refinery type (with the right module installed).

Rorquals too, but I assume you're in high-sec, so that doesn't apply.

Last time I played was back in 2019 and I made this station my home for mining because of its reprocessing and compressing and now it no longer has the compressing. So no idea if they person who owns it disabled compressing for it (If thats even possible) or if they moved the option cause I no longer see compress.

So turns out the station I was currently in was NOT the original station I set up at because the original station (owned by a player) Decommissioned his station and it booted me to a nearby one it seems.

Yup, it would kick everything out into a local NPC station through asset safety.

And yes, it's possible to turn off a particular service (services are modules you plug into slots in the stations).

Well, there are plenty of citadels floating around in space, so I'm sure you can find another one where you can compress ore.

I did find another station however it confused me cause the station I was in looked like how I remember the player one so I thought I was still in the same one lol.

If you're around the Amarr area, I have an Athanor I use as a bait war HQ, and you can compress there if you want.

IIRC you can check the star chart/star map/the map in-game and set a filter to show reprocessing jobs that started in the last 24 hours to find which systems have them more easily.
