Where does one go to find good relic sites?

Do any of the low sec have them or are there just certain ones? been to a few 0.3 areas and cant find any relic sites. Any one tell me why?

Null sec or Wormholes has the best relic sites, I prefer Wormholes myself but there is higher risk in those. The reason you probably can't find one is because someone else got there first.
